Haiti (ayiti) Jacmel Water Project/ Midwives
Water Project in Ayiti has been an ongoing project that continues to help clean water reach all peoples on the mountain in Jacmel. A quarter of the babies/children die from dirty water, all all are impacted with amebas, worms and unhealthy bacteria.
So look through this project that has been going on since 2009, be inspired to take care of water and love and nourish this precious part of all life.

More containers and water lines in community of Jacmel mountains (29)
More and more families are getting their containers and pipes to their land. We will now work to get another basin to in the mountains that will hold more water so more can get pipes. The next thing we are doing is to work to get the lower half of the mountain people containers to store water. The project is simple and beautiful and remembering...water is a right to have. Thank all of you that are making the project successful. The local midwife now has running water too and many of the families she helps birth...making birth safe.
